Coming up with my Own “Positive Affirmations”

Gratitude

Not everyone will have an awesome start, that’s why each of us come up with their own statements. Statements that aspires oneself to change. Affirmations are like practice we desire to manifest & proven methods of self-improvement. It’s a long process! So how do we create it? Of course, it should be positive, and in present tense. For example: I’m not mad, for sure MAD will be printed on your mind subconsciously and will just create a stir after. So rather than using MAD let’s use love and tranquility instead (which is the opposite).

So, shall we begin?
• I trust my own Diva-self.
• I love and approve of myself.
• My family and my husband are my strength.
• I choose my friends who approve and loves me completely.
• I’m confident (errrr. saying this forcibly! – still under construction LOL).
• I am a money magnet.
• I am safe.
• All Challenges have a solution.
• I choose to be happy.
• I am not jealous of anyone.
• I believe in GOD.
• I embrace change.
• Everything will be fine
• I’m happy with my own skin
• I’m bold and unafraid.
• I’m an extrovert! (though I’m a legit Introvert)
• I’m innovative.
• I give good advice.
• I’m approachable.
• I’m unique and I stand for myself
• I take pride with my values
• Everything that is happening now is happening for my own good.
• I’m healthy! And no signs of sickness.
• Everything has its own purpose.
• My nature is Divine.
• I’m worthy.
• I’m Dora the explorer!
• I reap what I sow.
• My thoughts are filled with all positivity.

You can also create your own special affirmations, which are based upon your choices & wishes. Sounds fun huh? I encourage you to do a list and share me your craziest affirmation. Still clueless? Click Here

thank you for the list. for some reason, i always struggle with coming up with positive affirmations for myself. i generally default to the L’Oreal slogan – “i’m worth it”, or the phrase “keep moving forward”. I appreciate new examples.

    This is a great list!

I keep telling myself I can trust myself, I am strong, and I am able. I am allowed to make mistakes, show emotions and be weak at times, because I am human and not a robot. I have to remind myself of the robot-part because I always expect perfection of myself in everything I do, and it’s not realistic. I make mistakes, so what? 🙂

Yes, positive affirmations are so important! Our words are containers of power, for good or bad, so we really need to think before we speak, and then choose our words wisely.
